Pakistan's Gazal Singer Mehdi Hassan died."Patta Patta, bota bota" and "Kab ki bichre" are favorite gazal of the singer.Today the Singer died at a Non-government Hospital in Karachi. He suffered heart daisies and breathing problems. He was 85 years old .

His son Arif Mehdi has said to media, "He(Mehdi Hassan) died after taking to Hospital".He also said "My  father suffered many daisies from long day"

Mehdi Hassan had gotten TAGMA-E EMTIAJ,PRIDE OF PERFORMENCE and HILAL-E IMTIAJ for his suitable gazal from the Pakistan Govrnment.
